Gifted / Won:
Pushing the Limits by Katie McGarry from Lauren @ 356 Days of Reading (won in giveaway)
Okay, so I've been a seriously slacker when it comes to posting reviews lately. So this weekend after I finish my homework I'm going to work on them because sometimes during the week I just forget... It's not too big of a deal, but it's been bothering me... A LOT.
Also, on a completely other note. My friend Dee and I are hosting a charity book drive for our SLE (Senior Legacy Experience). We're donating the books to the Sacramento Children's Home and another children's home, but we don't know which one yet. (we're still trying to get in contact with a few other homes). So, the reason why I'm mentioning this is that I know as book bloggers / book lovers we have a ton of books just sitting on our bookshelves that we either have more than one copy of or will never read again. So, if anyone's willing to donate books to this great cause please comment and let me know! I will be updating you throughout the school year! (:

The statistical is a really nice book, I liked it. I haven't read the others but I hope you'll enjoy them all. Happy reading!
ReplyDeletehere is mine
I loooooove Statistical Probability!! Hadley and Oliver <3 Ever is a new one to me, but you have me intrigued enough to go check it out on Goodreads. Hope you enjoy it!
ReplyDeleteI totally hear you on being behind on reviews. - I'm the exact same lately. Good luck with catching up! And I think it's such a great idea what you and your friend are doing!! I have a ton of books in my 'get rid of' pile - just a shame we don't live in the same country =\
I hope you enjoy these books!
ReplyDeleteFor your SLE project, is the donation going to be open all school year? And do you only want published books or would you be willing to accept ARC's too?
We're keeping it open until the end of January. The actual drive will be during the month of January, but we'll be accepting books before then. And really any books that can show the kids how great reading is, so ARCS would be good as well.
DeleteI'll be doing a post with complete details in a little while with the official flyer! (:
Awesome new books!! Pushing the Limits is AMAZING and I'm dying to read Statistical Probability! I hope you love all your new books. :)
